THE SOLUTION

The first thing to get to grips with was the tablet solution.. our client wanted each tablet to stream powerpoint, manage live voting, display meeting information such as agenda’s and speaker bio’s and finally some live demonstrations.. No problem, the key was to do the tablet set up work prior to departure meaning after a quick network set up the tablets were ‘live’ and ready to go with all of the functionality requested and with no implication on our set up time. We combined the tablet solution with a striking stage set, all PA and lighting requirements, full HD projection for content display and all of the required crew to manage this event. Our client was delighted with the outcome and the audience enjoyed playing with their tablets during the day..
